These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) set out the services provided by FastLaneBookings (“we,” “us,” or “our”), the obligations of customers/trainees (“you” or “your”), and the rules that govern all bookings made with us. By purchasing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Services We Provide
1.1 Programme Services
When enrolling in one of our driving programmes, FastLaneBookings will:
Assign you a dedicated training advisor for guidance and support throughout your journey.
Provide access to online theory test revision materials (with optional one-to-one support, if included in your package).
Arrange multiple-choice and hazard perception theory test appointments, where applicable.
Book training dates and practical driving test dates that fit your availability.
Maintain regular communication to ensure you are kept up to date at each stage.
Upon successful completion of your practical test, offer our FastLane AutoSource vehicle service, assisting you in sourcing a car that meets your preferences.
Premium Standalone Services
We also offer optional services that can be purchased separately, without training:
FastLane Premium Theory Package
Instant access to online revision tools, with one-to-one support throughout your preparation.
Booking of a fast-track theory test date at the earliest availability.
An official DVSA confirmation email containing your test details (date, time, location).
FastLane Premium Test Date Package
A tailored fast-track driving test booking service, securing the earliest test date to suit your needs.
An official DVSA confirmation email sent directly to you once your booking is complete.

1.3 DVSA Confirmations, Changes, and Cancellations
All theory and driving tests are booked with the DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) and are subject to DVSA terms and conditions.
If the DVSA cancels, reschedules, or alters a test, you will be informed by email or phone.
In some cases, you may need to retrieve your booking confirmation directly via the DVSA website (using your driving licence number and booking reference). We may request a screenshot for verification.
Customer Responsibilities
By booking with FastLaneBookings, you agree to:
Provide accurate and up-to-date information at all times.
Hold valid legal driving documents, including your provisional driving licence, theory test pass certificate, and DVLA licence summary/entitlement share code when attending lessons or tests.
Accept that without the required documents, you may be refused entry to your test, resulting in loss of fees.
Arrive on time for all training and test sessions. Missed sessions due to personal circumstances (e.g., illness, lateness, traffic delays) are forfeited and must be rebooked at your own expense.
Not be under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs driving. We reserve the right to terminate training immediately in such cases, with fees forfeited.
Take responsibility for ensuring you meet DVSA eligibility requirements (e.g., UK residency of at least 185 days in the past 12 months).
Ordering and Payment
Orders are usually placed by telephone. You will receive a FastLane Starter Pack by post, which includes your programme details and a copy of these Terms. If you do not receive this pack, you must notify us immediately.
Your booking is confirmed when payment is taken. If we are unable to accept your booking (e.g., no instructors in your area, invalid residency, payment issues), we will inform you.
We will issue confirmation of all bookings by email (or WhatsApp where appropriate). If you are not receiving communications, it is your responsibility to inform us. We cannot be held liable if you fail to do so.
Theory test bookings may be secured with a deposit, but the balance must be paid before in-car training begins.
Prices include VAT (where applicable). Any separate charges for additional services will be made clear to you before purchase.
Course fees are fixed once booked but may vary if you change your training location.
Cancellations, Refunds, and Chargebacks
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of purchase, unless you have requested services to begin immediately.
If you request early activation of services (e.g., online theory revision login), a £90 setup fee will be deducted from any refund.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of acceptance.
If you cancel a confirmed training programme with less than four weeks’ notice before the start date, the full fee is non-refundable. In exceptional cases, we may allow deferrals at our discretion.
Missed sessions due to personal circumstances are non-refundable and must be rebooked at your own cost.
If a course is disrupted by an instructor’s lateness or vehicle issues, we will reschedule affected sessions.
If you initiate a chargeback while a refund request is being processed, we will suspend all training until the dispute is resolved.
Training Conditions
Training vehicles are provided (manual or automatic). The licence you receive depends on the vehicle type used.
Training may be delivered by more than one instructor due to operational requirements.
If an instructor or examiner determines you are not test-ready, your test may be forfeited. Additional training costs will be your responsibility.
If your training is disrupted by external factors (e.g., bad weather, DVSA cancellations), we are not liable for associated costs such as travel, lost earnings, or accommodation. You are encouraged to take out personal insurance.
Trainees are advised not to work during training weeks to avoid fatigue. If you show signs of exhaustion, training may be paused, and missed time will be forfeited.
Liability
Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding a claim.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost earnings, travel expenses, or missed opportunities).
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud/fraudulent misrepresentation.
Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act.
We will only use your data for the purposes of delivering our services, unless otherwise required by law.
Data may be shared with our instructors, training providers, and partners where necessary.
You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data at any time.
Complaints
Complaints should be directed to our customer service team. We aim to resolve issues fairly and promptly.
If you remain dissatisfied, you may seek independent advice from the Citizen’s Advice Bureau or Trading Standards.
General Terms
These Terms are governed by English law. Disputes shall be handled in the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
Calls to FastLaneBookings may be recorded for training and monitoring purposes.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
